Hello, I am on H4 and applied H1B with change of status this year. Its approved. After october 1st I have initiated my H1B transfer to new company. I have the following query. 1. My main employer is revoking my petetion as I am not joining their company. 2. New employer filed h1b transfer already and working for them For some reason if the H1B transfer denied still I am eligible for cap exemption?
