Hello , I have a question about the F3 immigrations

I Heard a few months ago that there is a new law about the F3 immigration type that it is going to take only a year and a half is that true?

It would be wonderful if the F-3 immigration category for married sons and daughters of US citizens would only take a year and a half. There is unfortunately no truth in the rumor.
