Helping my husband be a us citizen in the us

More details to this question:
We have been married since 2007 want to help him get his papers he needs to become a citizen what application do I need to fill out to start the process someone had told me there is a app online I can do and send it to immigration but there are so many different ones want to start ASAP to get this done not looking to send a lot of money I am a us citizen with 2 kids we have started a landscaping coming it's a small business run by us he does have his Illinois license he got that so he would be able to drive what more can I do to help I really don't want him to go to Mexico for anything because there no way I can run his business with out him here thanks for reading and any help

If he came in EWI entry without inspection, do not file anything before you consult with and hire an immigration lawyer to assist you with this case. Not because I think you’re not capable of handling it, you may will be, but in order for the lawyer to debrief and brief you, analyze, assess and evaluate your husband's case in order to maximize the possibilities for a successful result.
