Hi I filed I539 application for my mother and she left country in Jan 2021 while case was pending.I got biometric appointment letter now. What to do ?

My mother came USA on B2 visa in Jan 2020 and we filed I539 application to extend her stay due to COVID 19. She departed from USA in Jan 2021 while her case was still pending. I got biometric appointment letter now in March 2021 . What should I do ? Do we need to cancel / withdraw the application ? Please advise .
