Hi my name is yariana I’m a American citizen I’m 18 years old and I been dating my boyfriend for 5 years I have 2 kids with him but only my son is with him and I want to know what I can do to bring them both and how long will it take

A United States citizen can sponsor her boyfriend for a fiancée visa. It takes approximately one year or a little bit more before they can enter the country with a K visa, but within 90 days after entry, you have to marry your boyfriend and then he can adjust status to get his green card. If you also want to bring your son to this country, he probably already is a United States citizen if he is your biological child. So if he was born in Dominican republic, he would need to just go get a counsalar record of birth abroad (CRBA) at the US consulate.
