HOW CAN I BECOME A PERMANENT RESIDENT WITH A EXPIRED VISA??

I CAME TO USA WITH A STUDENT VISA 2007 AND IT HAS BEEN EXPIRED SINCE 2009,DIVORCED ONE TIME,BUT NOW I AM MARRIED AND I HAVE TWO KIDS ALL HAVE BEEN BORN HERE AND MY WIFE IS AMERICAN CITIZEN WITH A GOOD JOB,HAVE NEVER BEEN IN TROUBLE WITH A LAW AT ALL,ONLY TRAFFIC TICKET DRIVING UNDER EXPIRED LICENSE, HOW DO I START TO APPLY FOR A PERMANENT RESIDENT??
