QUESTION

How can I bring my deported boyfriend back to US?

Asked on Dec 08th, 2020 on Immigration - Florida
More details to this question:
I am a US citizen. My boyfriend/baby's daddy is from Philippines and got deported before we had the chance of getting married. Our daughter was born 2 days after her daddy got deported, due to high blood pressure. He HD a crew visa and was banned from US for 5 years because he has no criminal record. How can I bring him back? Can I apply for the K1 visa? Or should we get married and I could apply for the family petition? What will be the easiest and fastest way to have him back?

Yes you could probably bring him over on a fiancée visa, but it's most likely that you're going to have to file a 601 waiver b/c of his deportation. You should discuss your case with counsel here in Florida about representation.
