how can i change my status ?

Hi my name is sandhya gautam I want to change my status if I can ,pls help me ... I am TPS holder but I am staying in usa for almost 10 yr and my husband staying here for almost 20 years and we have 2 child there only 8/5 yr old and we r paying tax every years we r legal we have s.s no also so do you think we can change our status from TPS to any other...status

Based upon the information provided, you do not have a basis to change your status. TPS has no direct path to Lawful permanent residence. You would need to be the beneficiary of an approved immigrant visa to become a resident. Your children can only petition for you once they reach the age of 21.
