QUESTION

How can I get a documentation for my husband?

Asked on Jan 09th, 2013 on Immigration - Nevada
More details to this question:
My name is Marisol, my husband and I have already started the process of petitioning an alien relative; however, he also qualifies for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Application. We are trying to see what would be the fastest way for him to get a social security in order for us to do our taxes. We have already sent in the Affidavit of Support form and are awaiting an update from the National Visa Center.

If your husband qualifies for deferred action, he should apply. If you have the resources, you really should hire a lawyer because these cases can be tricky for novices to negotiate. Robert West http://www.robertwest.net (702) 319-5459.
