I was on a bond for $7000, i payed it and now my case is thrown out of court, when ask my lawyer for the refund he''s telling me I cant get it until I finish pay him which in fact i payed him $4450 which the attorney fee was $8000,, I told him deduct the rest from the bonds money which will be $3500 and he''s still telling me I cant get it. Is that possible?

You do not specify if is a bond posted for a criminal case or an immigration bond. If it is an immigration bond you may be able to get your money back if you:
1) Find the original receipt for the bond.2) Get the order showing the court's decision to ICE and get them to cancel the bond.3) Contact the bondsman where you posted bond. You should get your money back after a few months.
