How can I get become a permanent resident?

More details to this question:
I came here when I was 9yrs. old My mother married a U.S citizen so I had a green card for two years it expired in 2004. I do have a social security card as well, but My mother never did anything because of economic issues, she only removed conditions. Now I am 19years old just got married to a U.S Citizen, how can I get a green card again without going out of the country?

Just because your card expired does not mean you are not a permanent resident.  Since you have been a permanent resident for 5 years now, you can apply for citizenship (using your expired permanent resident card).  I recommend you file for naturalization (using form N-400).
