How can I get her a green card if I can't afford to pay the fees right now?

My wife and I got married in Mexico a year ago. Now, we got marry in the US 04/06/2015. I'm a US citizen. What shall I do? Her visa is good for 3 years.

You did not need to get remarried again in the US but if you want to petition for your wife, you need to submit the necessary petition and pay the filing fees. If you cannot afford it, perhaps you can borrow the money from some family members but it has to be paid.

Well, it's best to plan for these situations. If you can't afford an attorney, this can prove complicated. The USCIS provides instructions. Some people will try to do it by themselves. Others will try to do it by themselves and create more complications. In the end, we all decide what our priorities are in life. Some of us value material things and better shelter, while others place a higher value on their civil rights. The challenges seem apparent. Congress tends to limit lawful immigration by placing restrictions upon it, which encourages emigration from the U. S. or unlawful presence with the risk of deportation, even for the spouses of U. S. You have to pay the government fees, there are no exceptions. If you do not have sufficient income, you can find a joint sponsor.
