How can I get my boyfriend to the states?

More details to this question:
We have been together online for 3 years and talking on the phone. I really want him to come to the states but I don't know how to and he is from Africa.

Your best option is to file a Form I-129 fiancee petition for him to come to the US. This will require as a minimum for you to have met in person amongst other requirements. Good Luck
