How can I get my visa if I went to school here?

More details to this question:
I was wondering if I could be able to file for a visa? My dad brought me in this country when I was 5 years old from Mexico. I went to high school here in the United States. I just what to know how can I go about it? What is the best way? Is there any way I can get help? I know there a lot of people out their like me, but I really want to know.

Normally you will need a family or employment-based petitioner to have a chance to legalize your status unless you are a victim of a crime.

It sounds like you are one of the people who would benefit from the DREAM Act. Otherwise, you would need to enter into a bona fide marriage with a U.S. Citizen. If you leave the U.S. at any point, you will be subject to a 10 year bar.
