how can i get myillegal boyfriend whom i have 2 kids with to come back to the usa after he was being detained and is being deported back to elsalvador

he was being detained in plymouth county jail as a detainee because he is here illegally after he went to court and he was put on probation without any proff of findings on his case and would otherwise be a free man if not being detained . i been with him for 4 years and have 2 kids , one of whom just had surgury to remove his eye due to cancer which could always reaccure.. i need his help and his sons need him .. i find my self in hardship at times with babysitter and transportation .. he is being deported back to his country today and i want him to stay but he never got to appeal the deportstion order because i was to late going to boston court due to no transportation to get there .. so the probono lawler said im a day late he just got orders to leave today ..which i was planning on going today to appeal hardship but now he is being deported so what do i do and how do i stop this?
