I would like to marry a phill woman who divorced her husband after 5 months marriage,he was abusive,she has soc sec card, and I- 94 good till dec 2012,but her visa expired in dec 2011,he wouldnt go to Green card interview,so no G C would do we need to do,and can she legally work in usa right now. Thanks

You can marry someone who has been divorced. If she did not go to the interview she has probably had her status terminated but this can be solved through a new application.
