How can I re-instate my F1 visa?

More details to this question:
I just graduated from a university and its being only 3 or 4 month that I got Optional Practical Training but due to certain case my university is being closed and I cannot practice optional practical training. My Visa is expired only status I have was the OPT which is also being canceled. Now I am out of status and I have no idea how to get back in status.

Reinstatement allows you the opportunity to regain valid F-1 status and have the mistakes you made corrected by USCIS. You may be eligible for reinstatement on some particular circumstances. You should meet with your University's International Student Advisor to determine your eligibility. Otherwise, you will have to depart the U.S. And be readmitted on valid F-1.

You may be able to apply for reinstatement of F-1 status to continue your studies by getting enrolled in another school and then submitting your new I-20 along with form I-539 to USCIS.
