I have got a green card by marriage Less than 2 years ago. Now it's time to renew it and I have been separated. Should I get the divorce before applying for permanent green card ? Do I need to start a new process as divorcee? What chances do I have to get it? Thank you for you help! Marcia

Hello. Yes, you should file/begin the divorce process and file your conditional residency alone.
