How can my parents remove me from their home?

More details to this question:
I live with parents who are the owners of a home. I have been a legal resident for one year (mail, possessions at the on property, living). How can they remove me legally?

The question is a bit confusing. If your parents agreed to support you, and this is an immigration petition, then they can still do so, but can ask that you not live in their home. However, you have the right to stay in the U.S., since they cannot legally deport you. If you have questions, I strongly recommend an appointment or teleconference with a competent and experienced immigration attorney, where immigration rights are the issues.

If you are an adult, they can have you removed.
