How can we get an immigration visitor visa?

I am asylee with a green card. I have had the green card for couple years now. I have been in the US for 5 years. I can't obviously go back home but I would to see my mom and my brother and sister. My question is this: if I want my mom to visit me and I have an American citizen here sign an affidavit of support showing that everything will be covered, can she get the visa? How about my brother and sister?

She can get a tourist visit for a short visit.
