Spouse visa Petition......done and accepted Visa and Affidavit of support fees......PAID NVC case number..... received Joint Sponsor( yes) Affidavit of support complete and signed, one for each petitioner and joint sponsor with copy of requested documents.......yes NVC sent me an email needing the 2015 tax form from my joint sponsor and she has stated several time she would get it, or a transcript. After ignoring me for 2 month's and finding out she filed bankruptcy, she tells me her identity was stolen and she wished that she never agreed to it. What do I do?
