My mom is a US citizen and she wants to apply for married daughterโ€™s. How and which form she will use to apply?

She should use form I-130 and read and carefully follow all the instructions to this form.

Yes, she can petition for a married daughter if she is a U.S. citizen and the daughter is abroad or in the U.S. in some other lawful status. The process will take about 6-8 years before a visa will be available.
