How do I change my last name on my work permit after I got married?

More details to this question:
So I got married to my boyfriend on a year after I got my DACA 2 months ago I already went to the social security offices to get a new SS card but I wonder now what I need to do to change my work permit card to my husbandโ€™s last name.

Go to the county clerk's office where you live and file petition for name change.

Since it will require proof of name change and another $380 you may want to wait to do this at renewal time.

To change your name on your work permit, you will need to submit a new I-765 application for a replacement card with your new information, a copy of your marriage certificate, and the filing fee of $465.
