More details to this question:
Hello, my name is Lacey Kamph and I am a US Citizen. I am engaged to an amazing man who I love with all my heart. However, he lives in South Korea. We havent met before due to hardships on both of our parts. We both are struggling with family and money problems. We do talk every day whether its texting, video chat, sending mail and of course by phone. I would really like him to live with me. Whats the fastest and easiest way I can bring him to me? Please help.

You have to meet him in person first. He will not qualify for a fiance visa if the two of you have never met in person. You can travel somewhere to where he can easily travel, if you cannot go all the way to South Korea to meet him.

*Fiancee Petition* A Fiance Petition needs to be prepared. This is a petition that will allow your fiance to come to the U.S. in a relatively short period of time. Usually, it takes around 6 to 9 months for the petition to be approved at immigration in the United States. Subsequently, the approval would be sent to the U.S. Consulate or Embassy in your fiance's home country. When your fiance comes to the U.S., you will have ninety days to get married. Our firm can prepare the entire Fiance Petition and make it so it goes smoothly and correctly. You have to have physically seen your Fiance in the last two years.

To bring him as a fiance you would need to have at least one face-to-face meeting first. South Korea is a visa waiver country now so he can come here to visit for 90 days with just a Korean passport. He needs to have the intent to return home before the 90 days is up. Then if you still want to marry he can go home and you can petition for him to return as your fiance or spouse.
