How do I get naturalization?

More details to this question:
I obtained my Green card on April 16 April 2006, through my mother, case F2B.From 28 Jul 2006 to 25 April 2008 Out of the US (with re entry permit for selling my house)From 25 May 2008 to 13 April 2009 out of the US (for receiving my original Bachelor's degree)From 13 April 2009 until now (2012) I have been living in the U.S.I have been employer of an American Telephone company in US since 2006, and paid tax every year. I went for 4 years and 1 day rule, I filed 21 March 2012, and had my Biometric yesterday.

You need to get a full consult. Your case is very complicated. Be careful of 1) physical presence requirement and 2)actual intent. Having a reentry permit is a good thing but please have a consult with a competent immigration attorney.

You will have to seek a waiver of for remaining outside the US for more than 6 months at a time.

You may apply for naturalization on Form N-400 if you have been a resident for at least the last 5 years. However, you must be physically present in the US for at least one-half of those 5 years. Due to your absences from the US between July 28, 2006 to April 13, 2009, the earliest that you can apply for naturalization is February 2013.
