To get married, you and your boyfriend can apply for a marriage license at your city hall or county office. Normally, at least one form of valid picture ID will be required from each person.

Both you and your boyfriend can simply go to the city hall in the county of your state of residence.

You can marry anyone as long as neither of you is already married, and you are of age. The courthouse in the county where you reside should have the required license.

As long as both of you are eligible to marry under state law, i.e. 18 and over and not currently married to someone else, go and get a marriage license from the justice of the peace, and then get married. His illegality is not an impediment to get married.
