My mother died when I was six. My father along with my aunt raised my sisters and I. At the moment, the living conditions in Venezuela are horrible and I would like to petition her to come and live with me. I am a US Citizen.

Regrettably, there is no visa category by which a U.S. citizen may petition for/sponsor an aunt or uncle. It may be worthwhile, however, to explore whether your aunt may be eligible for immigration through some other avenue, such as an employment-based visa (depending, of course, upon such things as her skills and a job offer from an employer willing to sponsor her).
