I overstayed my student visa for 35 years and got barred. I need to get a waiver to reenter the USA how do I go about doing this? I have lived in The USA most of my life and its my only home. Please help!

You have a problem..If u overstayed your non immigrant visa by more than 1 year and depart the US, then you are subject to a 10 year bar..
