How do I Renew a Work Authorization that has been expired for about 2 years now?

That all depends on what basis you got the work-permit.

It depends. If your eligibility for the original work permit still exits, you can renew the card on form I-765. You will need to attached 2 photos of yourself along with a copy of your old card and documentation of your existing eligibility.
