More details to this question:
I am aware of someone that has married an U.S. citizen on the sole basis of obtaining a green card. Actually this U.S. citizen has done this before. I am a relative and I think this is totally wrong. They should not abuse our government in this way. Just to add I live in NY. But this couple lives in California. How can I go about report it in the proper way?
