How do you justify DACA helping the undocumented immigrants from deportation but excluding the age-out H4 children? It's easier to say for out-of-status H-4 kids to go back to their country and get a new visa. Let's face it, getting a US visa is very hard, and going back home does not always give you a guarantee that you could always get a new visa. Getting a legal status or any legal right without leaving the US is for me the most practical way to do. DACA has already addressed that problem with the undocumented immigrants, Plus, this gives them the authority to work full time anywhere, have SS number and among others. H-4 cannot have SS nos., cannot have work permits, can't open bank accounts (some banks just don't approve). And when they age-out, CSPA just can't help them, leaving them with what? F-1 status, with a lot of restrictions? Both didn't come to the US on their free will as children. How can you justify the system for H4 kids?
