hello I apply on July 29 2013 the application for Employment Authorization (EAD) forum I 765 (C) (14) in Vermont, I just get the mail from USCIS for Initial Review so since now I didnt get answer is my petition is aprouve or not I have F1 visa (Student) but didnt go to school but now I got my GED and I study online School (college). I came to US since Feb 2009. my 2 questions is how long the proccessing to get my EAD? and 2nd question it possible to get green card by This Petition From I 765 (c) (14) so yes how you can help me ? or not waht I suppose to do to get it? thank you to take this few moment to read me best regard

Your EAD category is based on Deferred Action, which does not allow for adjustment of status. DACA EAD cards are being issued fairly quickly, usually within 6-8 weeks after the fingerprint appointment. You cannot use the I-765 to apply for anything other than a work permit.
