How long after an interview before i receive my visa.

More details to this question:
I filed for my parents in Jamaica and they were approved now my dad received his package and my mom have not and they both went up for the interview together, it's almost a month now and she still have not received her package, what would have been the problem of there is or how much longer should she wait? Thanks.

Unfortunately, it is hard to tell what is causing the delay. Typically, this type of delay is caused by background checks not being complete. Have you or your parents tried contacting the Embassy?
