She is Jamaican and on a visiting visa. It is a 10 year visa. We plan to file for her in February but I need to know how long she has until she is no longer her legally. She visited from 3/8/16-6/7/16 this year as well. My husband is a citizen now as well. Thank you.

Your mother-in-law is authorized to stay in the country until the date on her I-94. She can retrieve her I-94 at https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94.
