There is generally no limitation on how often you can be a sponsor for someone as long as you make enough income to qualify as a sponsor.

You can sponsor a family member anytime you want. There is no waiting period.

As long as your income is sufficient for affidavit of support purposes, there is no problem with petitioning another brother even at the same time.
