QUESTION

How long do I have to wait for the AOS interview notice?

Asked on Oct 30th, 2013 on Immigration - Mississippi
More details to this question:
I filed AOS by marriage July 12th, I've done my biometrics in August 13th, and my status has change in USCIS site to "testing & interview" in Atlanta, Georgia in August 20th. After that day, I never get notice about my interview.

It usually takes about 3-4 months minimum for the interview after submitting the petition to USCIS.

You can request an InfoPass Appointment online to find out if there's a problem. However, depending on the jurisdiction (and the Atlanta's USCIS Service Center is very busy), it could take 5-6 months from the filing date (no RFE issues) until you receive an interview notice.
