How long does an FB1 visa take to be processed?

More details to this question:
my mother is going to petition me as soon as she becomes a US citizen in 2 weeks. I live in the U.S. since 1991. and I was 11 years old when we immigrated. Now i am 33. I wanna know if my long stay in this country could somehow help speed up the process.. and if not. i just wanna know how long I have to wait.
