More details to this question:
My vawa I360 was approved in June of 2013 and filed I485. My I485 receipt date is July 31 2013. Got biometrics appointment after months, got EAD and SSN before biometrics. My I485 has been transferred three times. First in another office, then in a local and now its being processed at USCIS office. How long now it will take to get decision on my I485 case?

Your adjustment application will probably be sent to the local office for conduct of your status interview. I suggest that you schedule an InfoPass at your local CIS office.

Typically when the file is transferred to the local office an interview will be set and the application will then be adjudicated. You don't mention that has happened, so you may want to contact the USCIS to discuss this. Six months to a year is fairly common for adjudication time however.

It depends on whether it needs to be scheduled for an interview. Check the USCIS website for processing times at the Service Center where it is located currently.
