How long does it take to process I-130/485/131?

More details to this question:
My nephew is a U.S. citizen filed I-130/485/131 for his spouse. Being a Canadian citizen can she travel to Canada to visit?

Not until the I-131/advance parole is issued. Even then the spouse should consult an attorney prior to traveling.

Depends on what District office typically 3-6 months. She cannot travel to Canada until she get the I-131 approved advance parole or travel permit.

The I-131 usually takes 2-3 months. Your nephew's spouse should wait until that is approved before traveling to Canada.
