How long it takes receive green card after applications

I have put my I -90 renewing my green card applications on November of 2014 and received a card but it was wrong on my last name, which INS acknowledged that was their fault. I did sent back my green card along with my marriage license. Then they requested another finger print process on 8th of October, 2015. I still yet to received my green card.

You should have received the replacement green card based upon current processing times. You may want to consider scheduling an infopass appointment at your local field office. You can inquire about the status of the replacement green card as well as request a stamp in your passport that is proof of your residence.
