There is no requirement for you to wait. However, more information is needed. What are your concerns? Did you obtain your green card through marriage to US citizen? Is this a former husband or boyfriend? A bit more information is needed before this question can be answered as a matter of legal advice.

I am not clear from your questions what your concerns are. If you now have a green card and wish to marry a non-citizen, you likely have considerations regarding the non-citizens status and what options there may be over the next few years until you are eligible for US citizenship.

Require more details to answer your question correctly. How did you get your green card? Is it a ten year green card or two year green card?

There is no legal requirement that you have to delay your marriage after you get your green card. You may marry your fiance(e) immediately.
