How long will it take for my husband to come to the US?

I applied for my husband June 6, 2011. I want to know how long it will take my husband to come in United State. When will I get the next letter after the processing letter?

If your husband has never violated US immigration laws and you are doing everything correctly, it usually takes an average of 12 months.

Depends on the country and your status. If you are a U.S. citizen the process is 7-12 months in most countries. If you are just a Permanent Resident it will be several years.

How are you petitioning for him? K-3 visa or immigrant visa. It takes about 6 months for the K to be approved and the time for the IV depends on the individual consulate.

Depending on the Embassy and a little bit of luck. In my 20 years of experience, most cases are processed between 6-18 months.
