How long will it take to petition my fiance?

More details to this question:
I just got a green card last month which was July 2013. I have a long-term girlfriend and we are about to get married around the first quarter of 2014. How long do you think it will take to petition for my girlfriend a green card after we get married? As I see right now, the waiting period for F2A visa is Current and I am not quite sure what that means. And for the status of my girlfriend, she is currently in US and attending college as an international student. Thank you for all your help and I really appreciate that.
