I am from India and my wife is an American citizen and she filed I130 for spouse for me on April 2013 and when I checked my case status online, every time it says initial review. Also, I checked the current processing date on USCIS website, it is 5th April 2013. It has been almost a year since my wife filed for me. I just need to know how much more time it will take to process my case?

It is currently taking about 1 year or so for the initial I-130 petition adjudication.

Your wife should call the number on the receipt notice to make an inquiry.
