$380 Check should be made out to U.S. Department of Homeland Security (no abbreviations), with "I-765 filing fee" on the Memo line.

The instructions for filing and payment of fees can be downloaded at http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-765instr.pdf. The filing fee is $380.00 and the check or money order should be made payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Make sure you read the instructions carefully so as not to have the form rejected.

The filing fees are posted on www.uscis.gov under forms. The instructions for each form also state that you must write out the payee "US Department of Homeland Security" and not use "USDHS".
