More details to this question:
My mother and father live outside the United States do I need to fill out I130 ,I485 and I864 form all together. I have 2 kids and wife they depend on me if I bring my parents in, how much income should be enough .
For a family of 5 (including yourself, your wife, 2 kids and 2 parents) you will need about $35,000.00 annual income under the most current HHS poverty guidelines.
It depends on your size household with the parents. You can review the requirements by looking at the I-864P (poverty guidelines) Please let me know if you have any additional questions or how I can be of further assistance to you in this matter.
You need to file two forms I-130 to start with (one form for each parent). Later in this process, you will be asked to submit I-864 for each parent. You must show sufficient income for six people (the four folks in your family, plus two parents), so that would be $39,487. You may supplement with your assets if you do not make enough money. You may also have a joint sponsor or sponsors who would be willing to co-sign for your parents; the joint sponsor must be a US citizen or permanent resident. I hope this helps.
An I-130 for each of them is filed first - this will take about 6 months. For the next stage you will be filing a number of Department of State forms (not the I-485) and the I-864. The amount of your income depends on your family size. If it is just you for a family of three your income should be more than $24,412 as shown on your last tax return.
Only file the I-130 if your parents currently live outside of the United States. The I-864 is not required until after the I-130 has been approved by USCIS and the file is transferred to the National Visa Center. Based on the poverty guidelines for 2013, you will need to have an income of at least $39,487 per year to meet the financial requirements for 6 persons.
You need to review the federal poverty guidelines. Assuming you aren't a military service member, you need to be able to show 125% of the federal poverty guidelines for your family size ? your spouse and children and your parents ? OR a combination of savings and income. In some situations the parent's savings and assets may also be used.
