More details to this question:
I am an American citizen, born in the U.S. My girlfriend and my daughter live and are born in Mexico. How can I fix papers for them both so I can have them with me? We do plan on getting married and going through the legal works. Yet I canโ€™t find concrete information or how to proceed with this. Please help and what is the best recommended procedure for this.

You can petition for your girlfriend as your fiance or you can marry her in Mexico and then petition for her as your wife. If your daughter is, indeed, your daughter, she should be a US citizen by virtue of your paternity.
