How strong do you think my case will be?and is CP good when we both reside abroad?

I'll marry my American fiancee soon,then I'll start consular processing.Our situation is:1-she is 52 ys old, and I'm 40,2-she was and still a student here on a loan from US government,3-she holds a bachelor degree from Berkeley and a master degree from AUC in Cairo,4-we had 2 trips together, one on 2008 to Europe, the other on 2009 to Turkey and have a few photos of the trips,5-co-wrote a screenplay together that participated in many screenplay contests in US,6-both our names were on news networks for participating in political event,7-we have hundreds of emails since 2007,8-we hold an unofficial marriage certificate since 2007.Do you think these can proof bona fide marriage? How strong do u think the case will be?Will the age difference be an obstacle?Is this long dating history a plus Btw, I got married before 10 ys ago in usa, 10 months later we got separated, I left US afterwards and abandoned my I-485 and I-130 petitions.

Hello. I believe you have a case. Your prior marriage will come up with the new case. They may ask about that history and you will have to prove that it was a bona fide relationship. There are many other things to provide to USCIS to establish a bona fide marriage. But, trips from several years shows a good history. The age gap is not that significant. If you are not in the US in some lawful visa status, then your only option is CP. That takes about 1 year to process.  Please let me know if I can be of any help.
