How to determine Receipt number written on back of application check

More details to this question:
On the back of my check submitted with my application of I539 were electronically paid into my account, and thus on the back of my check - 13 numbers preceeded by 5 capital letters. No variations on this are getting accepted as appropriate receipt number to enable me to track my application. How can I decipher this electronic submission on check to be my receipt number?

Hi. It should be 3 letters and 9 numbers. Likely starts WAC14.
