I entered the US on Jun 20 2020 and I got admitted to stay until Aug 10, 2020. However, I just got admitted in Master of Construction Management program at the University of Miami for Fall 2020. The program will start In Aug 17, 2020 Note: I graduated from the same university (UM) on May 2019, and I left the US after the graduation and I worked in my country. Now, I came again and entered the US (B2 visa) and decided to study my second master degree to widen my career opportunity. I would like to stay legal and catch the program for this Fall.
You can file to change your status from a visitor to a student. One red flag that I see is you want to change your status only a few weeks after entering the country.
